Hi Doc,
I will be 45 in two weeks, a male, my bmi is good, but i have a family history of diabetes.
I frequently feel thirsty and urinate a lot. I did a random test my result was 15.5Mmol/L. But the doctor said I should do a fast blood sugar test, which he said was normal.
I however occasionally feel light headed. should I be worried. what do you advise?
