Hi Doc! May I askfor the indication of the presence of the mucus threads in my urine.

Albumin: negative
Sugar: negative
pH: 6.5


Microscopic exam
Epithelial: +
WBC: 17-25/hpd
Bacteria:
Mucus threads: +

In bacteria there is a sign that is very confusing because I am not sure if it is + or - because it is like one horizontal line with two vertical lines combined like letter H.

I was just worried Doc :(
What should I do and what that does mean? :(
