Hi Doc, My House Us A Mini Zoo With All

Hi Doc,
My house us a mini zoo with all sizes of cats and its all the time dirty too. My husband recently started disliking the mess around and asked me to do something about the cats. there was a time when neighbors complained and he took it too seriously and stopped talking to me all together. stopped eating at home. he suffered a major heart attack and blames me for it. He does marijuana on a regular basis and smokes 20-30 cigarettes a day. is it the stress or the drugs and smokes that resulted in this? am an indian and have typical indian in-laws who are blaming me too. Is it possible that the whole thing is made up? am worried about him and i cant stress him with questions anymore. he is staying with parents right now and am trying to give away my cats for adoption.
