Hi Doc, this is my gynecological ultrasound report. Transvaginal scan shows a normal sized retroverted uterus with no myometrial lesions. The endometrium is thickened and hyperechoic. Both ovaries are normal in size with multiple small subcapsular follicles suggestive of polycystic ovaries. No intrauterine or extrauterine gestation seen in the scan . No fluid in the cul-de- sac. What does it mean doc? My last menstruation period is Aug. 7 to 11 2015 with regular period I tried 3x of pregnancy test and the result are positive. Thank you!
