Hi Doctor,

I am a 34 years old male married for 7 years (Dec 2008) & have 2 daughters (born in Mar 2010 & Nov 2011). I am suffering from PE from almost 2 years. I am also suffering from low sex drive. While the sexual intercourse only last 15-20 sec, I normally feel the desire once a week.

My height is 5 feet 10 inches & weight 81 kg.

Please suggest me the best course of action.
