Hi Doctor,

I am having below symptoms
1.Pain at the left side lower part of my abdomen after having food and Before going for Bowel.
2.Feeling weak and Tired,sometimes feeling like felling down.
3.Apetite is Normal,don't have any problem
4.Stool is becoming hard at the beginning part,once that is out,remaining is going normal.

Below are my Test results.Kindly suggest me the best medicine.

Endoscopy results are Normal
Colonoscopy Results are Normal

Color Doppler Scan Report:

Liver :Normal in size and contour.Parenchymal echotexture is increased.No IHBD,CBD is Normal

Conclusion :Gr 1 fatty infiltration of the liver,no Focal Lesion

HDL CHOLESTEROL - DIRECT PHOTOMETRY 34 mg/dl 35-80
LDL CHOLESTEROL - DIRECT PHOTOMETRY 78 mg/dl 85 - 130

25-OH VITAMIN D (TOTAL) C.L.I.A 12.03 ng/ml (DEFICIENCY : <20 ng/ml)

VITAMIN B-12 C.L.I.A 194 pg/ml (Normal : 211 - 911 pg/ml)
