Hi Doctor. I want to ask about my situation. I am nullipara married, 39years old..and been diagnosed with endometriosis & adenomyosis. 3months ago I have a severe bleeding until my friend doctor decided to suppress my bleeding by giving me injectable pill for 3months and until now I had regular spotting everyday..my friend gave me tranexamic to stop the menstruation..but it doesn't stop only just have a spot everyday..what is the best thing to do? I don't want to undergo operation (tahbso) coz I want to get pregnant even only one...please help me..thank you
