My son is 5 months old. I am thinking start solid food and fruits(banana) for my baby. In our family we used to feed cerelac for the babies from 5th month but now people are saying cerelac is not good and nestle is not maintaining the quality standards. So I am in confusion what to feed for my little one. Please suggest a good solid food for my little one.
