I have 2 cysts one right is big 11cm and the other one 4cm and my Dr decided after MRI Scan to make a surgery for me with Laparoscope but she told me for big one might cut ovary with the cyst on it ....now my question is : Is this right or wrong to use laparoscope if the cyst is very big? or must make a surgery with Laparotomy to keep my ovary?
