Hi Dr. I Was Having Trouble With My Middle Finger

Hi Dr. I was having trouble with my middle finger and asked the doctor 2 years ago about it and she said it was common and called trigger finger. Well it seems that the tendons are tightening up and the finger's rang of motion has completely stopped and is so sore through the finger into the hand. Pls what's happening? I see this isn't your normal field of medicine...
