Hi Dr. I'm really worried about my mom. She's 55yrs old and way post menopausal. Her endometrium is thickened to 25mm. A year ago it was only at 5mm. She's been bleeding heavily for about a month now and even got so bad she was admitted to the hospital nearly hemeraging . The Drs she's been seeing have been terrible and just seem unsure on how to address her issue. She's a high risk Coumadin pt. and it seems she's having a hard time finding the right OB oncologist to do this biopsy she so desperately needs. They just keep prolonging this and it's taking forever for the referral to go through to make the apt and I feel she should be treated as a STAT! She does have med-iCal which I know is most likely the reason for this horrible treatment she's been receiving . Do you have any suggestions on what we should do or input on her situation RE her symptoms? Thanks so much for reading this. - malissa
