Hi Dr. My 8 year old daughter has her left rib cage bigger than the other. Her primary doctor had told me when she was younger that it was only baby fat and she would outgrow it. I noticed as she is getting bigger that it is not baby fat but the rib cage is bigger. Primary confirmed it was her rib cage but I should not worry. I am doubtful based on the previous answer. Should I be worried? Can it get worse? Can she do normal activity? Will her breast look different when she is fully developed?
