My male friend, age 64 has had colon cancer. He is cancer free right now. He thought he had a bout of food poisoning this past weekend because he ate a salad that was a little wilted. He was feeling ok yesterday but today he feels pain in the stomach, nausea and diarrhea. I told him to go to the ER but he is stubborn. What do you think it could be?
