Hi. For The Past 4yrs I Have Had Terrible Ear

Hi. For the past 4yrs I have had terrible ear clogging in my left ear. It feels as though I have a cotton ball stuff in my ear. I have gone to the doctor and ear specialist and they both said everything looks normal. Yet my ear is ringing, clogged, and now I can hear my heartbeat constantly in my ear to the point I am having a very hard time hearing from that ear. It is just driving me crazy at this point. I am constantly cleaning out my ear because it feels like buildup, but when I do nothing changes and no major buildup.
