Hi! Four Days Ago I Noticed An Enlarged, Nontender, Hard

Hi! Four days ago I noticed an enlarged, nontender, hard lymph node behind my left ear. I had low grade fever and night sweats. The next day I noticed another smaller lymph node under my left jaw. Again, low grade fever, headache and fatigue but no other symptoms. The next day I noted several red spots on my face, back and chest. I went to doctor that evening and she suggested it was a virus after strep came back negative. It is now the fifth day and I am extremely fatigued, weak, nauseous with movement. I now have spots on arms and legs in addition to face, chest and back. Not itchy or tender. Lymph nodes still enlarged. Does this sound like a virus or should I get another opinion?
