Hi I am 14 weeks pregnant and have been feeling extreme abdominal pain as If round ligament pain for 3days...however today I went to the ER as I felt this pain was too severe to the point that I couldn't move or walk or sit or even sleep. The doctor said I have a UTI and that my previous ultrasound showed that I had 2fibroids and subchronic hematoma . She gave me a paracetamol iv drip to relieve the pain and cyclogest 400mg to take for 4weeks once a day applied vaginally. Please advice as I am skeptical about medication during pregnancy and if this hematoma condition is serious and what I can do at home to better the situation. Please also advise preferable position to sleep as I feel like my uterus is shifting wen I sleep. Thanks alot
