I am 26 year old and having asthama problem from birth. My parents belived that the inhaler is bad for health and I was not allowed to take it till three year back.I used to get get breath less and had trouble talking especially in cold weather \but every time I get attack symptoms fade on its own in 2-3 days.I still get asthama attack in winter ,and instead of letting the asthama fade on its own ,now a days I am taking seroflo sometime twice in week as I cant be breathless in meetings or while working.I feel really good for the next 24 hrs after that symptoms again come back and I have to take it again atlease for next two days. I am worried if taking sereflo doses can be bad in long run or should I avoid or change my inhaler.
