Hi. I Am 29 Years Old With A History Of

Hi. I am 29 years old with a history of irregular periods. From Nov 2015 I was on medication of Oosure Forte and Obimet 500. In Dec I got my periods on the 2nd and in Jan I got it on 11th. In feb I missed my periods. March as well I didnt get my periods. So I did a home pregnancy chk on the 17th March and a very faint line of positive was seen. I went to see my doc, she did a scan and said there is a very small spot of pregnancy that can be seen but she was not very sure. My Beta hcg on 17March was 32.94. On 19March my beta hcg was 105.78 and on 23March my hcg is 1041.89. Still the scan doesnt show an increase of that small spot. Tomorrow I have to chk my hcg again. This is my first pregnancy. Doc has given me All 9 tab and Hald Sr 200. My TSH is at 4.07 uIU/ml so she has given me Thyronorm 12.5mcg. Should I be worried or is it too early that the scan is done??
