Hi, I am 31 year old with PCOD and anovulatory cycles, trying to conceive. My doctor has put me on duphaston, metformin 500mcg and folic acid for last 3-4 months and asked me to lose weight. Every month my cycle gets extended by around 7-10 days after I started duphaston.i took the tablets twice a day between 5-10 october. Had heaviness in lower abdomen, breast tenderness and minor spotting on 19th October after which everything went back to normal. Did not have proper periods this time. Could I be pregnant? I am scared of taking pregnancy test as last time it was negative and I was disappointed.
