Hi, I am 34 years old woman. All through my life I have always had dairy products and am in fact fond of all milk related products (cheese, butter, yogurt etc.) And I used to consume more than 3 servings (all forms put together) every single day. I have recently moved to Australia and in the last 3 months, I started to get these milk allergy symptoms - skin rash and hives. After a month of investigation, I could solo out that it is milk. within minutes of having a cup of tea (with milk), I get itchy. Please advise what to do and how I can improve my health.
