Hi I am 35 mum of two natural births and I have had little cuts between vigina and anus wich won't heal, they are fine during the day but when in bed at night its so itchy then it won't heal, doctor said it's common and gave me a cream which dud help but did not clear will I go back to her or can I purchase a cream over the counter to help heal these little cuts. If I do a big stool they come back also
