Hi, I Am 37 Years Old With 5 Kids. For

Hi,
I am 37 years old with 5 kids. For the last 3 months my periods have been different in which has been less bleeding. I am usually irregular by about 2 weeks or so. Now, I have been noticing blood when I wipe after urinating and during this time is my scheduled period. This has been happening for a week. I only feel some bloating but nothing else. I took a pregnancy test just to rule that out. I scheduled a physical with my Doctor but that's a week away. Should I get seen soon? And what could this be? I read about premenopause ....could this be it?
