Hi, I Am 38 Years Old. I Missed My Period

Hi, I am 38 years old. I missed my period yesterday. In the evening I got HCG blood test done and the serum hcg was 0.100. Is that a conclusive negative, or should I wait some time before taking the test again? I am very irregular, and my cycle varies from 32-38 days. My last period was on June 1st 2018, and my last sexual contact was on 23rd June 2018.
