Hi, I Am 39 Years Old And Have Hypothyroid, Diagnosed

Hi, I am 39 years old and have hypothyroid, diagnosed since 2013. I am on Thyrox 50. and now thyroid is within the range of 1.5 to 2. I feel fatigue most of the times. My questions are:
1. If the tablets are supposed to help with thyroid issues, then why do i still feel tired?
2.The second question is I am trying to conceive (late marriage) now and all my scans and menstrual cycle are normal. The endocrinologist says I can conceive..But haven't, though am trying since one year. Should I have to reduce my thyroid level further?
3. I was told by a friend that we should not eat raw vegetables for hypothyroid. Is it true?
4. I have stopped eating soy products, Chinese food, cabbage, brocolli, knol-kol. But I cannot resist peanuts. Is it ok to have these food occasionally as I am taking thyrox tablets? Doesn't the Thyrox tablet nullify their negative impact on thyroid?
5. Some say milk and milk products are good for hypothyroid and some says no. Please clarify.
