Hi I am 39 yr with diabetes taking human insulin 40 and 32 units twice and have 6.8 hba1c.
Trying to conceive since last year.
Have endometrium thin lining without any medicine.
Dr. Gave me clomiphene 100 mg thrice.
First with 50 mg no success.
Second with 100mg had hcg 30 and then periods after 40 days.

With second clomiphene 100 cycle the ovulation was good with good endometrium lining but still I couldn't conceive
and now in this cycle dr has given me clomiphene 100 mg with progynova 2 mg twice daily from second day of period.. but on 11th day lining is 7.2 but no dominant follicle. All less than 8 mm.

My concern is what should be my line of action?
I am feeling low and desperate due to my age and diabetes.
Please help.
