I am 43 years old I got married 10 years back from. The day first I have the problem of early ejaculation and I could not last longer than 1 minute in my first alliteration however when I used to have second attempt then I was some how better but with the passage of time I lost the power of second erection and now I often don't get erection or if it occurs then I lose it as I want to paniterate.I am so depressed please advise me some medicine as I want to enjoy a good sex life.
