Hi, I Am 48 And A Couple Of Months Ago,

Hi, I am 48 and a couple of months ago, urgent care said I have shingles in the area of my lower right stomach, groin and lower back. My question is about the numbness (outside skin) and my right stomach feels like a pulled muscle. Very little pain but just feels different.

O/t - my insurance has a $6,000 dollar deductible and would like to know who you recommend as a carrier.
