Hi I Am 50 Years Of Age Has Been Taking

Hi I am 50 years of age has been taking thyronorm 50 regularly for the last one and half years. My blood sugar levels were of the range prediabetic ranging for fasting between 110-130 and PP 130-160. My doctor suggested to keep blood sugar under control by diet management and exercies which I had been doing regularly. For the last six months i started observing muscle cramps after walking for 2.8 kms so i used to stop after cramps and indulge in exercising at a location and after fifteen minutes of exercising resume walking for another 1.5 Kms and then plan for the office. After returning from the office i regularly walked for about 3.5 Kms without any cramps. I also observed that there were no cramps if i missed/forgot taking thyronorm in morning. In the month of Dec 2017 my blood sugar level fasting 155, PP 175 and Hb1AC 8.1, Therafter my blood sugar level in April 2018 were fasting 145, PP as 170 and HB1AC 7.9. I stopped taking thyronorm for ten days in May 2018 and my blood sugar Level fasting 98, PP 122 but my TSH is elevated upto 16.6. I am in dilemma about these results. Kindly advise
