Hi,
I am 7 weeks post partum and had a c-section. I got the ok from my doctor to resume exercise and I did a yoga class 2 days ago. Since then I have had a pain in my mid left abdomen - similar to a pulled muscle. And I had stopped bleeding but am now having some bright red spotting. Is this normal when resuming exercise or should I make an appointment? Thank you
