Hi I am Janel from Philippines.25 years old. I have a problem with regards of my breast.Last Saturday I had my ultrasound then the result was in my left breast found an oval shape.The remarks of the doctor was Consider fibroadenoma in the left breast with Level of suspicion score of 2, measuring 1.42x0.98 cm.Is this risk for breast cancer?What should I do?Honestly I am scared of what will happen to me.Can you give me advise if what are the best foods veggies,fruits that I have to eat and skip.
