Hi I am SHEH from the Philippines, I happened to have my consultation yesterday, due to symptoms that I share with my doctor they have suggested that I should undergo ASO Test, and it was found out that my ASO Level is 200iu/mL with a remarks "POSITIVE" I am quite worried with my conditions, I want to seek medical advise if I really need to rest to work, or have a particular diet plan to decreased the level. I had past histories of ear infections, tonsilitis and mumps.

Recently I was suferring from moderate difficulty in breathing, headaches,stiff necks, and joint pains is there any immediate remedies to cure pain?
