Hi, I Am A 17 Year Old Female In Relatively

Hi, I am a 17 year old female in relatively good health. For about three weeks now, I have had a somewhat high level of pain in my lower back. I have tension problems in my neck, but I have never had lower back pain before. It hurts to move, and today I found a small bump on the back of my upper neck that could be relevant. I'm currently taking antibiotics, could that be the cause?
