Hi,
I am a 30 year old woman who has several medical conditions such as MS, Anemia, Uterine Fibroids, history of ovarian cysts, irregular bleeding,HPV, endometriosis. For the past 3 weeks I have been having pelvic pain, it's more of a pressure generalized in my pelvis. The pressure is a dull gnawing ache, but every now and again the pain is a throbbing sensation more localized on the lower right in the pelvis. I also have pain during sex, I usually have a lingering pain after sex. Pain actually radiates down my thighs to my legs and my back hurts as well. I've had several ultrasounds and the last one (which was in January 2016) shown that my ovarian cysts from July 2015 ultrasound were gone but I still have the fibroids. I have 2 fibroids but they are both about 2cm, so I was told that they are not causing my pain. I have had pelvic pain and irregular bleeding since my early 20s. I had a diagnostic laparoscopy in 2012 for the endo by a previous obgyn. My current obgyn does not know what to do so he referred me to a endo specialist, but I can't get in to see him until May, and I can't see previous obgyn who did 2012 surgery because he is now out of insurance network. When he did endo surgery he really could not find much and said that if I have endo it's mild. I just do not know what to do. I'm so uncomfortable and have been living off Tramadol for pain relief and using my heating pad frequently. I have had these symptoms off and on since I was in my 20s
