Hi, I Am A 31 Year Old Male. On January

Hi, I am a 31 year old male. On January 20th I went to the emergency room for excruciating abdominal pain, lower back pain, and full body muscle cramps. The X-ray showed feces in the places where there was pain so they diagnosed as constipation and they gave me Miralax and magnesium citrate and sent me home. It took a week to have any type of bowel movement and it seemed to be ok for about another week after that. Then, the last few weeks I still have fairly normal bowel movement twice per day, but the same pains are there and every muscle in my body is cramped all day long. The worst is sitting down as it feels like I am sitting on my butt bones. They have ran blood tests for TSH thyroid which was 0.86 normal and calcium levels were normal. Do I need to look into the possibility of fibromyalgia? My doctor can't seem to find what the issue is and isn't really doing any help.
