Hi. I Am A 45 Yr Old Female. I Had

Hi. I am a 45 yr old female. I had a total hip replacement on dec. 2, 2015. Since coming home dec 9 I have ran a fever during late evening or middle of night, over 101.5 each time. On dec 26 I woke with a burning, mostly non productive cough. The cough and fever continue tonight. Symptoms come and go. Feel ok for a few days with a slight cough, Then a day or two of worsening cough and run a temp mostly around 101.5, but has gone as high as 102.7. Is it possible that I may have developed pneumonia from the surgery? My surgery went very well and returned to nearly normal ADL's about 2 weeks ago.
