Hi, I Am A 53 Year Old Staff Nurse Working

Hi, I am a 53 year old staff nurse working in a busy endoscopy unit and doing 10 hour shifts 30 miles from home. Tuesday night- Wednesday morning in my bed asleep I seemed to get a cramp in my chest which was similar to a leg cramp and lasted about the same length of time. During the cramp and while waking up I experienced a folding sensation deep inside my chest (left side), it went away. The next day and to date (Saturday morning). I feel chest pain and general discomfort, my left arm does ache a little and I feel more tired than usual. I have a certain amount of anxiety and pressure, work related but no more than can be expected. I would like to ask, should I take any further action with regard to this incident?
