Hi, I Am A 55 Year Old Woman Who Is

Hi, I am a 55 year old woman who is in reasonably good health. About 9 months ago I started having episodes of widespread pain in my muscles and joints. The episodes last on average 10 days to two weeks. During this time the pain level on a scale of 1-10 is about a 6 or 7. I haven't really found anything that helps. Blood tests have ruled out rheumatoid arthritis. I have had a number of joint injuries in my lifetime. I was a paramedic for almost 20 years. I have had cartilage repair on both knees, decompression on both shoulders and a repair to the labrum of the right shoulder and a discectomy at the C6-7 level. I work full time teaching in the Health Science field.
I am currently having one of the pain/inflammatory episodes. This one however has lasted 3 weeks and has been the most intense. I am usually fairly fatigued as well, I find it difficult to really get a good nights rest.
Any suggestions?
