Hi, I am a 55 yr old female with a neck injury. my report says the following. Neck and shoulder soft tissue injury with underlying spondylosis. Asymmetric facet overgrowth, posterior facet arthropathy, posterior encroachment on foramina, c4-5 extensive bony overgrowth, c5-6 asymmetric posterior osteochondral bar, c6-7 posterior osteochodral bar causing mechanical and nuropathic pain. is this something that will just get progressively worse throughout my life. What treatment would you recommend?
