Hi, I am a 56 year old female and have had itchy inner ears for what seems like a lifetime. I am about 80 lbs. over weight, have mild asthma and just last year had to have a total hip replacement.
I am always sticking a finger in my ear and giving it a hard jiggle. I try my best to keep my ears as clean as I can without being an idiot about it. Usually just a wet washrag to clean with occasionally a Q-tip.
