I am a nurse practitioner and had a patient in my office this am w acute on chronic pancreatitis He is an alcoholic and has been sober for 10 months The ct showing this acute/on chronic pancreatitis was done as a surveillence and was done last week The patient has no symptoms he has occasional vomiting and mid epigastric pain Ct showed nl pancreas w chronic changes
Would pancreatic enzymes help?
