I am a thalassaemia major patient receiving blood tranfusions every fortnight
I go my serum ferritin by cmia method and it was 1758 levels
How much my iron levels would be if the same test would have done by elisa method and either of the both the methods ie CMIA and ELISA method --which is a better one and more trust worthy?
