Hi I Am Currently Taking A Skin Cream, Clobetasol Propionate

Hi I am currently taking a skin cream, clobetasol propionate USP, 0.05% 22 times per day, and cephalexin 500 mg 4 times per day for skin rashes on my arms. My doctor prescribed it to me on September 8. The rash seems to grow in other areas and it appears very small and grows. It feels like a sting, and is very itchy. Do I need to see a doctor or do I just call in to get a refill? Please advise.
