Hi. I Am Experiencing Severe Intermittent Dizziness To The Point

Hi. I am experiencing severe intermittent dizziness to the point of stumbling when I look up, roll over in bed, turn my head quickly/change direction I am looking quickly, and if I bend over. I also get briefly nauseous sometimes. My maternal aunt has POTS syndrome. I am not dehydrated. I typically have very low normal BP. Should I be concerned? What can I do to make it stop?
