Hi. I am experiencing what appears to be hive like bumps on my arms and legs, but only the parts that have been exposed to the sun this year. This is not the first time I've had this reaction. But it is not just direct exposure that causes a reaction, if I get hot I also have this reaction. The bumps are large and itch really bad. It's to the point now that my legs look bloody and irritated. What are my treatment options? Over the counter antihistamines?
