Hi. I Am Having An Allergic Reaction To An Acne

Hi. I am having an allergic reaction to an acne medication. I just took 25 mg of Diphenhydramine (an off-brand of Benadryl). Would it be okay for me to take 5 mg. of Melatonin as well or should I skip it? Because of the allergic reaction, I am kind of nervous to mix them.
