Hi, I Am Six Weeks Pregnant, Last Night I Was

Hi, I am six weeks pregnant, last night i was about to have sex with my husband but all of a sudden I felt this abdomen pain so i decided to go pee. Before peeing I wipe off with tissue and there was some drop of blood that didn't stain my pant. The pain stop after I pee and uptill now the next morning I have not felt any pain and no more blood. Am worry, please is my baby safe?
