Hi, I am suffering from high cholestrol level. My cholestrol 310, triglycerides 540, LDL 153 and VLDL is 108 while my total lipids are 1360 having risk factor 3.1. What should I do to have lower or desire level of cholestrol. I have been taking lipiget 20 mg and simva tablets to reduce cholestrol.
