Hi, I Believe I Have A Stomach Ulcer. I Have

Hi, I believe I have a stomach ulcer. I have fatigue or little energy. Unexplained weight loss. Stomach growls as if I'm hungry. Pee is dark in the morning and fades to a lighter shade throughout the day, when I'm drinking water to flush out my system. My waste is dark dark green. No headaches. Also my stomach feels better when I'm about to go to sleep I don't know if you find that odd or normal. It's more bearable to lay down. It's a little better when I lay on my back but the discomfort comes back when I lay on my side. I don't have pain it's just more of a discomfort feeling like a meatloaf is sitting in your stomach. And is it normal for a short period of numbness in arm and legs? I only get numbness in my legs when I sit on the toilet. I only had numbness in my arm maybe 2 times. I have also researched countless hours on my symptoms and stomach ulcer fits the bill. My mother also had one when she was younger. My family has also seen a change in my appetite before my symptoms started to show up. They started Oct. 30. FYI; I haven't been to the doctors yet because of my health insurance was late. Thanks you and i hope for a reply soon. Appreciate it!
