Hi, I Completley Snapped Frenulum During Sex 3 Days Ago.

I completley snapped frenulum during sex 3 days ago. It looks like new one is forming but old one is very thick and attached at base end completley unattached to head of penis still will it just drop off eventually? Or does it re attach? I don't see how It could as I have to pull it back to put antiseptic cream on daily
