Hi,

I did a comprehensive Health checkup and found my platelet count to be 128 as again at a range of 150-450 and my total bilirubin at 1.5 against the prescribed range of .1-1.2, direct bilirubin at 0.6 as against a range of 0.0-0.3. The other alarming parameter is vitamin b12 which is 937 against a range between 187-883. What could be the problem. Pls advise.

I do not consume alcohol at all. Never have in the past as well. I only strength train at the gym 5 days a week. Could that have an affect.
